Home Cooking: Chicken and Shellfish Paella

For Friday Ryan and I decided to stay in and enjoy some home-made paella. I added in brined chicken wings and drumsticks, Littleneck clams and mussels, Romano beans and roasted piquillo peppers. With the addition of spices and stock, this wonderful rice dish came together nicely, and will make great leftovers!
